In order to equip students to effectively engage in the culture as Christians, it is important that they understand what it means to have a Christian worldview and how that makes a difference in every area of their lives.
A “worldview” is simply a way of looking at the world and our role in it. Everyone has a worldview! As Christians, we are to look at the world through the lens of the Bible. Having a biblical or Christian worldview means living, practicing, and thinking the way God has instructed and guided.
At American Christian Tours, we believe including Christian worldview in our Education Programs is essential. The historic stories of faith and miracles hold little significance if they are not presented in the context of a Christian worldview.
The same can be said for preparing students for not only their future as productive adults, but also as students next year, and as they enter university or the workforce—they must know what they believe and why. We as believers need to be confident in the fact that a Christian worldview works; it makes sense! God laid the framework and provided guidelines to lead us to live lives that reflect Him and to ensure the dignity of His creation.
